There are four options to purchasing a Trust Deed:
  1. You may do a partial purchase for the minimum amount or greater. You will earn the Index Rate.

  2. You may purchase 80% of the note but have FGC service the note. You will earn the Index Rate.

  3. You may purchase 100% of the note and service the note yourself. You will earn 100% of the note value. This is you purchasing a note.
